Very helpful colleagues. Honest with time and pricing estimation. Will go all out to help particularly in extreme weather conditions and a spacious and entertaining room to wait for fractious children. Allows room for options...but no need for options, as these guys are great.

I cannot give this place a higher review. To begin with I has issues with the site which I couldnt log onto however I emailed niall and he was very helpful and told me to come in to the branch. Niall was busy and passed me on to mark who from the day I went in contacted finance company after finance company to get me a better rate. Once the finance was sorted he didnt stop till he had found me a car to fit my finance kept me in the loop with every car he went for. The service 10/10. The car was picked up from Leeds and once had a few touch ups done and full valet mot and service done the car was ready for me to pick up. Service was quick and agreement signed I would 100% recommend cross street sales. Massive thank you to Mark for going above

Absolutely outstanding service from Keith & his team in Oldtown!! I can't thank them enough for picking up & dropping off my car when the handbrake failed last week. Keith originally quoted me £500 maximum to fix the problem but after several hours spent working on the car he then found it to be a lesser & much cheaper problem to fix!! I would have been none the wiser but wholeheartedly appreciate the honesty & integrity of Keith & his team!! A very trustworthy garage that I will continue to use from now on & would fully recommend to any one else. 😊

Absolutely Outstanding
This is the 3rd car now i have brought from this garage. I don't think i will ever go anywhere else to find a new car. The length the sales team will go to make the transaction as smooth as possible is second to none. I truly couldn't ask for anything more then what they have done. Fantastic service
Absolutely fantastic service from all the boys at cross street. No pushing to get a decision out of you and give you the time and space you need to find a car that's suits your needs and requirements. Helped me find my Audi, helped me exchange it all in for my mercedes. I would never look else where for a car now but cross street and would highly recommend a visit, nothing you ask is too much for them.
